This current body of work attempts to disrupt perceptions of the ocean and freshwater bodies as inexhaustible resources, while approaching them as integral and connected to natural and cultural ecosystems and communities on land. Oriented towards details and immersed in line, the work explores: coastlines, horizon lines, the drawn line, and bringing visibility to the line of what our eyes have the capacity to see and to know, beyond and below the water’s surface.
